About Phở Quỳnh Restaurant
Located at 4900 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205, Phở Quỳnh Restaurant operates as a vietnamese serving Charlotte in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as pho restaurant, restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Charlotte, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across North Carolina run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

This is a restaurant run by some friendly uncles. I ordered Bún bò Huế, which had some pork sausage but the beef cuts were definitely brisket and tendon from phở. Didn't matter, broth was so tasty! Doesn't say it in the menu, but you can get large or regular sized bowls. Visiting in the area on a work trip and it was definitely worth the rideshare from Uptown proper.

ITS SOOO UNASSUMING FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT TRUTTTTTT!!!!! I’ve been to lang van many times but this place beats out their pho 10 folds!! So fresh and they have customizable portions, small, medium, and large bowls. My partner got the stew bowl which was also a 10/10. It’s like if pho and pot roast had a baby and idk how to explain how warm and fuzzy it made us feel when we ate it. The sides were great too, I’d recommend the fried spring roll and not the rice paper rolls. They’re both good but the porky flavor from the fried spring roll was unreal, or get both lol. The interior as seen is charming and vintage, I don’t really like saying this but it really is a hole in the wall kind of place. Prices are fair and quality is top notch!

I never make reviews but this place is my always to go for bun bo hue and pho even if it’s an hour away. I’m not viet nor i been in Vietnam but I say it really tasted the most authentic out of the most places I have tried in Charlotte like Pho Hoa. This place is not a restaurant but rather they make their food like it is for their family and friends. The broth is way more flavorful. My only issue with this place was their health inspection was 91 and it does look like they could use a little more cleaning or maybe gloves.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I love the food & how FRESH it is DAILY!!!! The cleanliness, How welcoming they always are. I recommend Pho Quynh for its Authenticity of good Pho & Bun Bo Hue, the spring rolls are good and so are the dried ones, I like the chicken wings even though they are small. The food is overall good and worth spending money on. This is how I personally enjoy my Pho… Raw Stake, Tendon & Blood Cube SO SO DELICIOUS!!!!🤤 the Small size Pho is perfect size for kids. My Daughter gets the small bowl, unless she’s hungry then she gets the medium. I don’t come here because of the aesthetics so if you’re looking for eye pleasing go somewhere else, if you want quality home style food this is the place!!! And just FYI my picture are from a few different times, not all from the same day obviously!!! But I go way often and thought I’d give a view of it. 😉
